I purchased a product from Trendyol, a vibrating clitoral stimulator toy. I bought it from the Koza Gift seller, and when the product arrived, it wouldn't charge, so I sent it back without using it. It took 10 days for the product to reach Trendyol, and after it arrived, it was inspected, and no problems were found with the product. However, strangely enough, I was told that the product would be replaced with a new one and sent to me. When I spoke to the person I was talking to, Ms. Rabia, and told her that I was in Cyprus and that if the product was not defective, I did not want it replaced and wanted it returned, she said that the product could not be returned because our inspection found no issues with it. Even though I requested to speak with the department manager multiple times, they did not connect me. When I mentioned that I wanted to speak with their superior, they did not assist me. When I asked where they would send it, they responded in a joking manner, suggesting they send it to a relative. It’s only ₺350. I don’t need to list here how much money I’ve spent from various accounts. If my grievance is not resolved, this will be my last purchase. Don’t let them take advantage of you, friends.
