Trendyol Seller Refused My Return for Wrong Shaver and Sent It Back Multiple Times

I bought a shaver from Trendyol, which was shipped to me via MNG Cargo. Unfortunately, the item I received was not what I ordered. It was slow, overheated quickly, and didn’t meet my expectations. I placed it back in its packaging and returned it the next morning. However, the seller claimed the product was used and worn and refused to accept the return, sending it back to me. I contacted Trendyol’s assistant, and returned the product, but once more, the seller rejected it and sent it back. To make matters worse, MNG Cargo states that the item has been delivered to me, yet I haven’t received it this time. I’ve been a loyal Trendyol customer for 17 years and have never encountered anything like this before. The seller has a terrible profile, with no other products and poor reviews. I have since filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and reported the issue to CİMER. I still have the product in its original packaging with the label intact and am hopeful that this situation will be resolved soon.
