Food Order Was Left By the Trendyol Courier At the Edge of the Highway
Our food order from My Salatte Restaurant was left by the Trendyol Go courier at the edge of the highway. Despite our address being clear and precise, such a delivery is completely unacceptable. The courier was extremely rude and spoke to us in an aggressive manner. When we contacted customer service, no solution was offered, and we were told that it was at the courier's discretion. Our previous complaints were also ignored. This experience demonstrates a severe lack of service quality. We request that our order be delivered properly as soon as possible and that necessary measures be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.
