Hello, today I ordered food from PIZZA LAZZA Yenidogan branch from the Trendyol go application. Although my full address was written in the address section, my order was canceled because the courier could not find my address. And if they committed it as a user error, they do not refund the fee. I don't have to wait with my phone in my hand, I don't have to describe my address to every courier, they should be able to see it in the system. I called the customer support line and they were never helpful. I kindly request that my complaint be addressed by the relevant units. I will report this everywhere.
