I purchased the product as a gift for my elderly parents. However, the product was too large for their bed and was not usable. The surface of the product developed staining, which gives me the right to request support under the two-year warranty stated on the seller's website. I had only 5 days to return the product from the date I received it. During this time, my mother was not at home because she was taking care of my sister's child. This situation made the return process even more difficult. When I submitted my return request, the Trendyol seller cited the use of the product as a reason; however, the product has not been used. I would like to reiterate that the opening of the package and the staining of the product were given as reasons. Additionally, I packaged the product in accordance with hygiene rules. However, considering that the return had to be made within the five-day period and taking into account the shipping times, returning the product is not feasible. This process has created significant distress not only for me but also for my family. Since I was away, my family had to go to the shipping company several times to resolve the issue. This process has caused both a loss of time and financial burden.
