Trendyol And E-Patim Are Not Accepting The Return

I purchased a product for my dog from E-Patim using the Trendyol platform. Despite purchasing one size larger than the recommended size based on the weight-size chart in the product descriptions, the item was still too small, so I requested a return. I received the product on July 26, 2024, at 14:00, and upon returning home, I immediately tested it and submitted my return request the same day at 17:00. At the end of the return process, the return was denied because the product had been used. Trendyol accepted the seller's claim and returned the product to me. Trendyol did not respond for several days after I filed an appeal and requested a correction.
