I purchased a product for my dog from E-Patim using the Trendyol platform. Despite purchasing one size larger than the recommended size based on the weight-size chart in the product descriptions, the item was still too small, so I requested a return. I received the product on July 26, 2024, at 14:00, and upon returning home, I immediately tested it and submitted my return request the same day at 17:00. At the end of the return process, the return was denied because the product had been used. Trendyol accepted the seller's claim and returned the product to me.
