Trendyol Sent Me a Faulty Silicone Egg Mold and Refused My Return Request
I purchased a silicone egg mold from Trendyol, but it was too small, causing the egg to leak from the bottom and rendering it unusable. I tried to return the item since it didn’t function as I had hoped, but my request was rejected because they stated the product had been used. I received it back, so I reached out to the Trendyol assistant, who advised me to return it to the seller. I adhered to their guidelines, yet I received a notification from the seller indicating that the product would be sent back to me once more for the same issue. I am currently feeling disappointed with Trendyol because my complaint is not being handled appropriately. I followed all their instructions, but I'm left with a product that doesn't work at all.

If you come across a good seller on Trendyol, it's a very nice site, but if there is a return issue between you and the seller, you are victimized, customer satisfaction is zero, Trendyol gives indifferent cliché responses. I shipped the product I wanted to return twice at Trendyol's request, and both were rejected. I've moved past the return issue now; they victimize people with shipping back and forth, calling customer service, sending photos, and then, 'I am a consumer like you, I don't want you to be victimized, but in this situation, I can't do anything else.' This is the cliché response.
