We purchased goods worth £12,000 from a company based in Istanbul called Trendyhayat.com. After months of delays and receiving extremely low-quality samples, I requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, the company became aggressive and threatening, refusing to return our money. We have no products, and it seems they never even produced them. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. I’m demanding a full refund as soon as possible. Trendyhayat.com should take responsibility and return our payment without further delay.
