Trendyol Fails Customer! Return Denied Despite Arbitration Board Win

Trendyol does not provide sufficient protection for customer rights and lacks communication with sellers on its platform. On December 28th, a transaction was made for a total of ₺7,672. Even though we started the return process promptly and returned the item in flawless condition, Trendyol unexpectedly declined our return. Even though we won our case with the Consumer Arbitration Board, Trendyol insists they are unable to contact the seller 'Miaela' who sells on their platform. I am worried about their inability to address our problem and safeguard our legal rights. They recommend that we take legal action on our own. I'm not satisfied with this situation and will pursue justice through all available means.
