TradingView Premium Subscription Still Showing Delayed Data

Hello, everyone. I purchased the monthly Premium package from TradingView, expecting real-time data access. However, even after a full day, I am still experiencing delayed data. Specifically, BIST data is not updating in real-time, which is highly frustrating given the premium subscription cost.
I reached out to the support team via email, but I have yet to receive any response. This delay is impacting my ability to use the platform effectively.
If anyone has encountered this issue or knows how to resolve it, I would appreciate your assistance. I also urge TradingView to address this matter promptly and ensure their premium services function as advertised. A quick resolution would restore my confidence in the platform.
