I Bought TradingView Live Data Package but Still Get 15-Minute Delays

I purchased the live data package on TradingView expecting real-time updates, but the data still comes with a 15-minute delay. Despite this clear problem, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, the app offers no way to contact support or report the problem directly. I’ve been left completely without a point of contact or assistance. If anyone has found a solution or knows how to get help, please share. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t deliver as promised and then have no way to reach anyone who can fix it. TradingView needs to provide proper support and fix these delays immediately.
