I have been using a free TradingView account, and recently I’ve been experiencing frequent issues with the chart loading speed. Especially in the last 10 days, almost every time I click on a chart, the screen first stays completely blank, and after a delay, it displays the message “no data here.” Only after refreshing the page do the charts finally load.
This problem occurs on different computers, including my new one, so it cannot be related to my device. My internet connection is stable and has no issues, which makes me believe the problem is entirely on TradingView’s side.
As someone who needs to track charts in real time to make trades, this issue seriously disrupts my workflow. I have not yet contacted customer service, but I strongly request TradingView to optimize its platform speed and resolve these chart loading problems.
