For about two weeks, all BIST (Borsa Istanbul) stock charts and RSI indicators on TradingView have been displaying with a delay. I am an Essential plan subscriber, and my account is registered under the email address o*******@hotmail.com**. The issue does not show any error messages — the data simply appears delayed automatically. I have tried different browsers and devices, but the problem persists.
There have been no changes to my plan, no payment issues, and no subscription renewals on my account. Since I couldn’t reach customer service by phone, I’m reporting the issue here.
I request that the delayed data and indicator issues on my account be resolved as soon as possible.
