TradingView Charges $1,200 Unauthorized Fee on Virtual Credit Card
On June 23, 2026, TradingView charged approximately $1,200 in a single transaction from my QNB Finansbank virtual credit card without my knowledge or consent. This transaction occurred entirely without my awareness and was not associated with any service or subscription.
Back in May, I voluntarily purchased a subscription through TradingView, and those subscription fees were billed to my card separately with my knowledge. The $1,200 charge I am disputing now is completely unrelated to my subscriptions, and I provided no approval or instruction for it.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted QNB Finansbank and filed a chargeback dispute. However, I have been unable to reach TradingView customer support and have received no explanation or response regarding this unauthorized withdrawal.
I demand an urgent investigation into this transaction, a full refund of the unauthorized $1,200 charge, and the complete cancellation of this unauthorized collection. Additionally, I request that all necessary security measures be taken to prevent any future unauthorized charges on my card.
