On 23.01.2026, I made two single test payments via the MyIQ platform using my QNB Finansbank credit card ending with 0682, with a total amount of $0.50. Apart from this transaction, I did not request or approve any membership, subscription or recurring payment. However, on 29.01.2026, I noticed that a charge of $29.99 was made from the same card with the description “myıq.com/us New York US”. I was not shown any approval screen, clear subscription agreement or information regarding this transaction, and I did not explicitly approve any subscription; I proceeded with the assumption that I was making a one-time test purchase only. When I realized this unauthorized transaction, I sent an e‑mail to MyIQ but did not receive any response. I also contacted QNB Finansbank, my cards were cancelled and a chargeback/objection was initiated regarding this amount, but I have not yet obtained any result. I request that the $29.99 charged from my card without my consent and explicit approval be fully and unconditionally refunded to my QNB Finansbank card account as soon as possible, that all my card details registered in the MyIQ systems be deleted, that any membership or subscription created in my name be completely cancelled, and that no further charges be made from my card in the future.

Despite this, MyIQ went on to charge a second €0.50 and an additional €29.99 without my permission on my credit card today. I did not receive any service in return for these extra amounts ...

Before this, I had two small payments of 0,50 € on 15 January 2026 and 18 January 2026, which I consciously approved in order to see the results of a tes...
On January 2, 2026, I took an IQ test on the myıq (myiq.com) website and made only a one-time, small payment for the test. During this process, I was not clearly or explicitly informed about any subscription, and I did not give consent to an automatically renewing membership. Despite this, on Janua...

On 21.11.2025, I was charged 29.99 euros via PayPal by Myiq.com for a subscription that I did not approve. I did not knowingly start any subscription that would justify this payment, and I consider this withdrawal to be unauthorized. I contacted Myiq.com by email multiple times, but instead of solvi...
