Tracelo Keeps Charging My Account Monthly Without Consent—I Want It Stopped

I have noticed that Tracelo has been deducting money from my account every month, even though I never authorized recurring payments. How is this even possible? Am I working just to fund your app? It feels like once you get access to someone’s account, you keep taking money indefinitely!

I demand that these unauthorized charges stop immediately and that my money is refunded. There is no reason why I should be charged every month without my permission.

Tracelo, fix this issue now! I need confirmation that all future charges have been canceled, and I expect a full refund for the unauthorized deductions. If this continues, I will escalate the matter further!
