Tracelo Tried to Charge My Account Without Permission

Tracelo attempted an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account, and I only found out thanks to my bank’s customer service. I woke up to a bank alert at 3:00 AM, which is highly suspicious. This app is completely useless and seems designed to take advantage of people’s panic over losing their phone rather than actually helping them.

I never approved any payment, yet Tracelo tried to withdraw ₺949. Fortunately, I don’t keep money in that account, or they would have taken it. I demand an immediate refund for previous charges I made on this app as well. Tracelo, explain why you are attempting unauthorized transactions! Has anyone else experienced this? I expect urgent action to fix this issue!
