Tracelo is charging my credit card without my approval! I signed up for a trial package for ₺19.99 on Wednesday, but after realizing the service was completely useless, I decided not to continue using it. They never even sent me a confirmation of my purchase.

Since the amount was small, I didn’t make a big deal out of it—until the next day when they took an unauthorized ₺949 from my card without any warning! This is a clear case of unauthorized billing, and I demand a full refund immediately.

Tracelo, stop these unethical charges and return my money! Has anyone else experienced this? Beware of this platform, they are not trustworthy!
