The Tracelo app has been withdrawing money from my account without my permission, and I’ve had enough. I never signed up for any service, I don’t use the app, and yet ₺1000 is being taken from me every single month. This is outright theft.
What’s worse is that the app isn’t even installed on my device. I have no way of managing or canceling anything, because I never knowingly subscribed in the first place. I feel completely tricked and robbed. After some research, I realized I’m not the only one this is happening to, which makes this even more suspicious.
Tracelo, I demand an immediate full refund of all unauthorized charges. If I don’t see action soon, I will be filing a formal legal complaint. You cannot continue to charge people for services they never asked for. Fix this now!
