Need Full Refund As Tracelo Deducted My Bank Account Without My Consent

Over the last two days I discovered that 259.00 SGD had been deducted from my bank account for “HELP-TRACELO.COM” without my knowledge or consent. I never knowingly agreed to any 4‑month “full membership” with Tracelo. When I contacted Tracelo, I was told that I had signed up for a 4‑month full membership, but I was not clearly informed of this and I did not authorize such a charge. I only realized it when I checked my bank account and saw the 259.00 SGD transaction and the related conversion fee. I consider this an unauthorized and unfair deduction. Because of this situation, I have already asked my bank to block my card to prevent any further charges from Tracelo. However, the 259.00 SGD has already been taken from my account. I request that Tracelo immediately cancel this membership they claim I signed up for and provide a full refund of the 259.00 SGD that was deducted without my clear consent.
