Toyota Corolla Steering Wheel Deformation

I own a 5‑year‑old Toyota Corolla with 50,000 km and a remaining 7‑year warranty. Despite this, the steering wheel on my vehicle is visibly worn and deformed, which I do not consider normal for its age and mileage. About two weeks ago, I took my vehicle to the Bursa Toyota Çavdarlı authorized service center regarding this issue. Although I clearly stated that the vehicle has a 7‑year warranty and is only 5 years old, I was told the steering wheel is out of warranty and that they would not take any action. I have always had all maintenance and previous work performed at authorized Toyota service centers, and I find it unacceptable that this wear issue is not covered under the warranty. I request that the steering wheel on my vehicle be replaced at no charge under warranty, and that this unjust refusal by the service be reviewed and corrected. I expect Toyota to honor its 7‑year warranty and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am requesting a free replacement due to the leather peeling on the steering wheel. The Bursa Çavdarlı Toyota service stated that the issue is not covered under warranty and there has been no progress for two weeks. This situation has greatly disappointed me and I find the brand's attention to be lacking.

My request is for a free replacement, but they have shown no interest.
