Never Trust "official" Toyota Car Service SONKAR Istanbul
The Toyota brand is worthless to me after 26 years. As a 2017 Toyota C-HR Hybrid owner, 2 weeks ago I had suddenly seen a warning such as "Motor Engine fault, please visit your dealer". The official service named Toyota Sonkar in Istanbul where I had consulted for repair informed me that " I should wait for a new "Electronic Control Unit (ECU) for at least 6 weeks to replace and pay one thousand Eouros at the moment." The worst is that they never warrant the repair after replacement though I pay the full price. This service is incredibly the worst service I have ever visited. I can't believe Toyota doesn't have spare parts in Turkey and doesn't take care of its customers when their vehicles break down.
