I own a 2024 Toyota C-HR and for some time I have been hearing a disturbing noise from the front suspension when reversing while turning the steering wheel. This noise started around December 2025 and has been continuing since then. I took my vehicle to the Sakarya Adapazarı Sandıkçı authorized service for this problem. However, the service stated that the sound is normal and no action was taken. As a user of a new model vehicle, I do not find it acceptable that such a sound is considered normal and I am concerned that this may be a sign of a mechanical problem that could grow over time. I request that my vehicle be comprehensively checked by Toyota or an authorized service, that the source of the noise be clearly identified and that the necessary repair be carried out under appropriate conditions so that this problem is completely resolved. I kindly request your support for the elimination of this issue and for me to be able to use my vehicle safely and with peace of mind.
