Touché Privé Order 1015078 Refund Delayed Past Two Months

I created a return request on June 18 for the skirt included in my order placed on the Touché Privé website on June 8. Although nearly two months have passed since then, my refund of $13 has still not been credited to my card or bank account.

Despite creating the return request and having this much time elapse, no information or follow-up has been provided by the company. I have received neither an explanation indicating that the return was canceled nor any clear update regarding what stage the process is currently in.

I demand that the $13 refund amount for my order number 1015078 be credited to my account as soon as possible and that a written explanation be provided to me as to why this process has taken so long.
