Touché Privé Has Not Refunded My Returned Order After More Than One Month
I purchased a total of eight dresses from the Touche Prive website on 27 March 2026, with order number 971158. I returned six of these dresses because the sizes did not fit me properly; some were too large and some were too tight, and one of the dresses was missing its belt. Despite making the return, my refund has still not been finalized. I have repeatedly contacted Touche Prive customer service to ask about the status of my refund, but the process has been delayed and I have not received clear or satisfactory information about when I will get my money back. I request that my return be processed without further delay and that the full refund for the six returned dresses be paid to me as soon as possible.
