Touché Privé Has Not Paid My Refund for Returned Products

So it's sad that you're just being understanding. Anyway, at least I got my money back.

The refund for the products I returned to the textile company Touché Privé has not been paid for two months. Each time I check my bank account, I see that no refund has been made. The emails I send only receive the response, “We are sorry, your refund will be issued as soon as possible,” but the payment is never made. I even asked for a clear date, but they avoided giving me any timeline. No one answers the call center either. I have completely lost trust in this site, where I used to shop regularly.

Dear Ms. Fatma, We regret to learn that you returned your orders numbered 815176 and 833076 placed on the Touche Prive website on 06.07.2025, and that despite two months passing, the refund has not been deposited into your bank account. The fact that the refund process has taken this long and that your phone and e‑mail inquiries have not been answered is absolutely unacceptable. We fully understand the disappointment this has caused you and we apologize. We have checked the current status of your refund. We would like to inform you that the refund process was completed on 04.09.2025, the refund amount has been credited to your credit card, and a notification message regarding the completion of your transaction has been sent to you. We also apologize for the communication problems and the delay you experienced, and we want you to know that we have made the necessary internal improvements to prevent such issues from recurring.
