Never-Ending Ordeal with My New Vodafone Credit Card

I applied for a credit card online on July 8, 2023, and it came in the mail on July 14, 2023. But, to my disappointment, the card is still not working as of July 22, 2023. Every time I call customer service, they tell me it will be activated in 48 hours and then send me to the right department, where I have to wait another 48 hours. It's a frustrating circle that never ends. When I called back, they said the card had been sent to the wrong address. What did they do? Wait until it is forgotten. I'm going on vacation and won't be home to get it, but they don't seem to care at all that I won't be able to get it. I wanted to switch from my old provider, but this has been a nightmare with T** T**. I just wanted good customer service, but it seems like I'm asking too much.
