Total Canceled My Membership As I Shopped With A Different Plate
They canceled my membership because I bought fuel with a different plate from Total. There are camera recordings at all stations, I bought all the fuel, this can be proved very easily. I have 2 vehicles and 1 engine. Sometimes, I travel between cities with a rental car, and I get the answer. I'm paying for it. Is my membership canceled because I buy fuel for vehicles with different plates? Also, it's important to get fuel from Total, right? We buy it, whichever vehicle I buy, what does it matter to whom? If there is insecurity, give each member a card and let the points be loaded on that card. At least, don't bother us. I call customer service, it says you need to register again. I'm not dying, is there a member or a station, I go and buy fuel from another company.
