LG TV Screen Issues After Warranty—Demanding Full Replacement

We started using our LG TV in 2020, and now there are two visible lines across the bottom of the screen. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that it’s a panel issue requiring a full replacement, as the part cannot be repaired.
I cannot accept a critical failure on a product expected to last at least 10 years, especially right after the warranty period ended. Everyone knows repaired devices rarely function as well as the original.
I refuse to accept a repair and demand either a replacement or a full resolution for this issue. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities and pursue legal action.
