Toshiba 55QA4163DT Model TV Fails Smart View
I purchased a Toshiba 55QA4163DT model television. Initially, I could easily screen mirror using the Smart View application on my phone. However, over time, I've encountered difficulties with screen mirroring. Despite raising the issue and seeking assistance from the service team, the problem persists. The technician, after contacting the factory software department, attributed the issue to potential security concerns with recent updates and attempted to dismiss it. Unfortunately, my problem remains unresolved. If necessary, I request a replacement for the TV to address this ongoing issue.
