Toshiba 55v6863dat LED TV and Remote Issue


My Toshiba TV 55v6863dat has had its remote changed seven times and its LEDs replaced under warranty. They continuously delayed until the warranty ran out, and now they're demanding 8,500 to replace the screen panel. That's absolutely ridiculous and extremely disrespectful. Both Vestel Customer Service and Authorized Service Centers lack professionalism. I'm frustrated because my TV is currently at the service center, and even though I've asked for it to be returned, I still haven't received a response. Toshiba's actions are disappointing; buyers should exercise caution.
