TopTop freezes on login screen after update, how can I access my account?

If TopTop freezes on the login screen after an update and you want to access your account;

Force close and restart;

• Fully close the app (remove from recent apps)
• Restart your phone
• Open TopTop again

Reinstall the app;

• Delete TopTop
• Restart device
• Reinstall from App Store / Google Play
• Log in again

Clear cache (Android);

• Settings → Apps → TopTop → Storage → Clear cache
• Reopen the app

Check connection;

• Switch Wi-Fi ↔ Mobile data
• Disable VPN or proxy
• Set Date & Time to Automatic

Check permissions;

• Settings → Apps → TopTop → Permissions
• Allow required permissions

If still frozen;

Consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
