Hay Day Daily Ad Videos Not Available – Progress Slowed

I am unable to watch daily ad videos in Hay Day, which makes progress in the game extremely slow. I have another account on a different phone, but the ads don’t appear there either.

I also heard that there is a pink button under the ad box that allows players to watch videos, but it does not show up for me at all. However, two of my friends have access to these features, so I know they exist. What determines who gets them and who doesn’t?

Hay Day, fix this issue! Why are some players given access to ad rewards while others are left out? I need an explanation and a solution!
