Tommy Hilfiger Shoes Leather Bubbles Issue

I have noticed that the leather of my Tommy Hilfiger shoes has developed bubbles. My request for an exchange was denied due to liquid contact, but it’s normal for shoes to come into contact with liquids. It’s not like they are a mobile phone! The company is not standing behind their product.
In fact, the shoes did not come into contact with excessive liquid, and the other shoe has not bubbled at all. This indicates that there is a problem with the leather itself. I am seeking a resolution for this issue.
