I bought a pink coat from the Tommy Hilfiger store in Izmir Istinye Park Mall, but unfortunately, the collar of the coat has a different color than the rest of the coat. The employees at the store gave us the recommendation to carefully washing the coat, which we did; however, the discoloration in the collar region did not go away after the washing. The store insists that they are not to blame for the issue, but it is patently obvious that the problem stems from a quality control issue in the manufacturing process. As a result, I am writing to request that my money be refunded or that I will be given a free replacement of the same coat. I will not give up.
