I deposited ₹8,000 into my XM trading account on February 24, 2026, at around 2:00 PM using the UPI payment method through PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my XM account.
The UPI transaction ID is T2602241440562057758925.
When I contacted XM customer support regarding this issue, they denied receiving the payment and stated that the P2P transfer does not belong to them. This explanation is not acceptable to me, because I followed the payment instructions provided to fund my XM account and had no reason to send money to any unrelated third party.
I kindly request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that either the ₹8,000 be credited to my XM account or refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
My XM account number is #401001036. I am sharing the exact transaction ID and payment details so that the necessary checks can be completed promptly and the issue can be resolved without further delay.
