I have been using the TOKİ Android application for about 3–4 years without any problems, but my account was suddenly banned yesterday without any prior warning or explanation. I did not receive any notification, warning, or message before this ban, so I do not know the reason why my account was restricted. My TOKİ user ID is 17287*** and my phone number registered in the system is 919981358***. After noticing that my account was banned, I contacted TOKİ customer support, but so far I have not received any response or clarification about the situation. Being unable to access my account after years of regular use is causing me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the unjust ban be lifted, and that my TOKİ Android app account be unbanned as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed clearly about the reason for the ban.
