I Face “Wrong ID” Error When Trying to Delete My Timo Club Account

I log into the Timo Club app using my Google account, but when I try to close my account, I constantly receive a “Wrong ID” error, and the process never completes. Even though I enter my email address and registered phone number correctly, the issue persists, and I’m unable to delete my account.
Additionally, a message saying “Link mobile number” appears, but even after adding my phone number, I’m unable to remove or change this information. I haven’t made any payments and don’t have an active subscription. I live in Ordu, and this situation has caused me great inconvenience.
I request that my account be permanently closed as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved promptly.
