Yalla Ludo Account Ban Appeal After Coins and Diamonds Sent by Mistake
I am a regular Yalla Ludo player using an Android phone, and my game account with ID 5390843 has been banned for about 3–4 years. I am writing to request that my account be reviewed and reopened. Some time ago, coins, diamonds, and wallpaper in Yalla Ludo were sent from my side by mistake, and I believe this error led to my account being banned. It was not my intention to misuse the game or violate any rules, and this accidental sending of items is the only issue I am aware of. I have already submitted complaints to you 4–5 times about this banned account, but I have still not received a solution, and I am very disappointed that I cannot access my account. I kindly and urgently request you to review my account with ID 5390843 again, remove the ban, and reopen my ID so that I can use my account normally again. If possible, I would also like to know the exact reason for the ban and what I can do to avoid such problems in the future.
