TokenPocket Unauthorized Transactions Exceed $413

I discovered that unauthorized transactions totaling more than approximately $413 were made in multiple installments from my VakıfBank credit card during November through the TokenPocket app, without my knowledge, consent, or approval. I did not authorize any of these transactions, and they were carried out entirely without my knowledge.

I have card insurance through Türkiye Sigorta provided through VakıfBank. I will contact the bank and the relevant insurance department on the first business day regarding this matter. I request that the details of these unauthorized transactions be thoroughly investigated and that the necessary procedures under my card insurance coverage be initiated as quickly as possible so that the amounts charged to my card can be refunded to me.

The fact that my credit card information could be used to make unauthorized transactions in this manner has caused me serious concern. I therefore request that the security vulnerability that allowed these transactions to occur be investigated and that all necessary measures be taken to prevent a similar incident from happening again.
