OKX Withdrawal Pending After Suspicious Transfer

I am an OKX TR user and on 10.03.2026 I initiated a withdrawal request of 15,000 USD via wire transfer to my own account at Vakıfbank. However, my withdrawal status in the system still appears as pending and I have not received the money in my bank account. In addition to this, the total amount I deposited into my OKX TR account is ₺1,400,000. These amounts were converted into ETH almost within 1 minute after they were credited and were transferred to OKX Global, and the funds were rapidly moved out of the system. Despite this very clear and suspicious transaction flow, no security measures were activated, I did not receive any warning, and no protection mechanism was put into operation. I find it unacceptable that such unusual and risky movements can be carried out so easily without any additional verification. I request that my situation be urgently examined in detail, that all the suspicious transactions carried out via my account on OKX TR and transferred to OKX Global be investigated, and that the entire amount of 15,000 USD which I was unable to withdraw be fully refunded to me without any loss. I also expect a clear, written explanation as to why no security or warning mechanism was applied in such an obviously suspicious case.

On 10.03.2026, I initiated a withdrawal request of 15,000 USD, but it is still pending and has not reached my bank account. During this process, suspicious transactions occurred, no security measures were triggered, and I did not receive any alerts. So far, I have received no response or attention from the company, therefore I request a refund of my money.
