I am unable to withdraw ₺285,000 from my account, as it has been blocked. After contacting customer support, I was assured that my winnings would be credited to my account. However, I still have not received my funds. Instead, they continue to ask me to deposit more money, claiming it will resolve the issue.
I was also instructed via WhatsApp (+44 7534 534414) to download an app and complete identity verification using the OKX app. I submitted photos of my ID (front and back) as part of this process.
To protect myself from potential fraud, I formally declare that I do not authorize any use of my identity information for opening bank accounts, loans, subscriptions, businesses, or any illegal transactions. Any unauthorized actions taken under my name without my explicit written consent and signature will not be my legal responsibility.
I request that relevant authorities investigate this issue and ensure that my funds are released immediately. Additionally, I confirm that I have no involvement in illegal betting or gambling activities.
