Unable to Watch Content on Tod Subscription via Samsung Smart TV

I have a Tod subscription, but I can’t watch anything on my Samsung Smart TV. Every time I try to play content, it says, "Your subscription does not include this." The same issue occurs on other devices like my Mac. On top of that, there is no proper customer service—no live support, no help whatsoever. I deeply regret subscribing to this service. I specifically bought a new TV to enjoy content with ease, but this has been a huge disappointment. Additionally, I was told the payment would be in installments, but the full amount was charged in one transaction. I demand immediate assistance to fix this issue and expect a refund or proper resolution for the inconvenience caused.
