I purchased a TOD TV subscription that includes all available packages, expecting to enjoy full access to live content—especially Formula 1, which was the main reason I signed up. However, when I tried to stream the F1 race, I couldn’t watch it at all. I attempted everything: switching devices, using different browsers, and even checking my account details multiple times. Nothing worked.
To make matters worse, the so-called “live support” on their website is completely useless. It's just a dummy chatbot that gives canned, unhelpful answers and never connects you with an actual human. I was left completely stuck without the service I paid for, and with zero support to resolve it.
It’s unacceptable for a company charging premium rates to provide no live assistance and deliver such poor platform functionality. I expect a full explanation and a refund or credit for the service I was unable to use. This isn’t just frustrating—it feels like I’ve been misled.
