I Can’t Stream Tod TV on Multiple Devices Despite My Annual All-Platform Subscription

I purchased a one-year subscription to Tod TV that is supposed to work across Web, Mobile, Tablet, Smart TV, Apple TV 4K, and Android TV. However, I’m having serious issues using the service on more than one device. When I open a match on my computer and then try to watch it from my phone or Android TV, I get the following error message: “An error occurred. Please try again later. (sa-61286344)”.

I’ve already created profiles for all the devices I use, as instructed, but the problem remains unchanged. It’s frustrating that despite paying for full multi-device access, I keep hitting a wall. This issue makes it impossible to enjoy the service I paid for.

I’ve attached screenshots of the error as proof, and I’m requesting immediate technical support to resolve this issue. I expect reliable, seamless access across the devices listed in the subscription. Otherwise, this subscription feels misleading and unusable. Please fix this or refund my payment.
