I Can’t Watch Any Content on TOD TV App on My Smart TV Despite Having a Valid Subscription
After purchasing a new Smart TV, I downloaded the TOD TV app and attempted to log in with my existing mobile subscription. Even though the login was successful, none of the content loads on the TV—no live streams, no replays, nothing at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and then not be able to access it on the most basic platform it should support.
What’s worse is that TOD TV’s customer service is practically non-existent. I tried several times to reach someone to get help, but there’s no proper contact option—just dead-end pages and unresponsive systems. There’s no real person to talk to, no email response, and no guidance on how to fix the issue.
I expect immediate support and resolution. Either make the app functional on Smart TVs or provide a clear explanation of why paying subscribers are being denied access.
