Tod Tv Failed to Refund My Payment Despite Multiple Attempts to Resolve It
On 10 August and 11 August, I have made two payments for the tod super league package. The reason is as follows; First, I made a 3-screen subscription by getting a coupon code via Papara. I realized that 3 screens were insufficient and contacted tod support and with their suggestion, I made a new payment with my credit card the next day, on 11 August, and renewed my subscription as 4 screens. In the conversations I had in those days, I was told that it would be returned in 3 to 15 days. However, as far as I understand now, my first payment does not appear. I have also sent my payment receipt for him via e-mail and although I have repeatedly contacted you via Chat, I am constantly getting information that you will be returned to you. It has now been 20 days since I made a payment and created a refund request. Tod cannot even see this in its own system, even though I have sent the information that I made the payment. It really doesn't suit a company like Tod that information about a payment cannot be found. I want my refund to be issued as soon as possible.
