Delayed Refunds and Damaging Charges on Vodafone Bills

purchased a device through online shopping, and it turned out to be visibly faulty, without any prior inspection. worse, I encountered the same issue twice. The first return request was processed within 3-5 days, including a refund. However, the second return request, despite being 20 days in, still doesn't reflect in the system. I'm left wondering, what exactly is happening? Why hasn't the amount I paid (1235 TL) been refunded to my card yet? Additionally, I noticed a discrepancy in the stamp duty charges. The initial charge was 75 TL, but post-refund, the amount paid seemed to follow a tariff of around 350 TL. Unfortunately, I can't get detailed information on this matter as customer service is only attentive and insistent during the sales process.so, I'm requesting the immediate correction of the refund for the online shopping installment payments reflected in my 10th and 11th-month Vodafone bills, along with a clarification on stamp duty charges. As a customer, I believe I deserve the same attention and support when issues arise as when making a purchase. Otherwise, I'm considering transferring my entire family's Vodafone subscriptions elsewhere, as the level of service I received during sales should extend to problem resolution as well.
