Tod TV Charges Me Despite Cancelling Before the Free Trial Ended
I subscribed to the Spor Extra+ monthly package on the Tod Türkiye app on my iPhone, joining the free trial campaign offered for it. Since I didn't find the service content and performance satisfactory, before the trial period ended, I completed all the cancellation steps in full and terminated my subscription through the app.
Despite this, on June 6, 2026, in Konya, Turkey, a charge of $8 was made from my credit card through Apple. Having a fee collected during a free trial period, for a subscription cancelled on time, has both caused me financial harm as a consumer and seriously shaken my trust in the brand. Since this transaction also contradicts the company's own campaign terms, I believe it constitutes an unjust and unlawful charge.
I have a record related to the invoice issued by Apple, with reference number mmwhwllz15. Since I never approved this charge in any way, I am clearly and explicitly requesting that the $8 taken from me be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible, without any deductions.
I want to specifically state that if my request is not met within a reasonable timeframe, if my situation is not resolved, or if the process is prolonged, I will exercise all my legal rights, primarily through the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and will apply to all relevant authorities as necessary. I expect this to be resolved urgently, without delay, in a way that fully addresses my situation, along with written confirmation provided to me.
