BetterMe Charged Me Without Clear Subscription Consent

I used the BetterMe website and saw a campaign on the mobile app that appeared to be a one-time, inexpensive offer. There was no clear information or written statement on the campaign page that this would start an automatic subscription. Despite this, an amount of ₺2,549 was withdrawn from my credit card as a subscription fee in January 2026. I initially thought I had only bought access until July for ₺349 , not an ongoing subscription. When I realized that a much higher amount had been charged as a subscription, I contacted BetterMe customer support by email and explained the situation in detail. Today, about one hour ago, I also canceled the subscription, because I never knowingly purchased or approved such a subscription. I request that the money charged to my credit card for this subscription, which I was not clearly informed about, be fully refunded and that no further charges be made to my card. I expect BetterMe to correct this misleading campaign presentation and resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
